Less mainstream but nonetheless with high levels of success for patients suffering chronic pain from RSI are MindBody Syndrome Treatment and Alexander Technique.
MindBody, also known as TMS, is very low cost as it can be done at home in a self treatment way from books or audio books. Alexander Technique requires a trained Alexander Technique practitioner to observer and coach you through a period of treatment.
